FAQs

Who will be caring for my dog?

Every visit is personally handled by our founding team — Marett and Nick, Treemont Park residents and longtime dog lovers. We do not outsource care, ensuring a consistent and familiar experience for every pet.

Where do you provide services?

We exclusively serve residents of Rollingwood and West Lake Hills, Texas. This allows us to maintain high-touch, dependable care with a personal, neighborly approach.

What if I don’t live in Rollingwood or West Lake Hills?

We primarily serve Rollingwood and West Lake Hills, but we do consider nearby clients on a case-by-case basis. If you live close to these areas, send us your address and we’ll be happy to review it.

How do I get started?

Start by reaching out to schedule your complimentary introductory interview. We’ll meet with you and your pup, learn about your routine, and create a personalized care plan.

Do you care for more than one dog per household?

Yes! We include care for up to two dogs from the same household in all of our standard plans at no additional cost. For households with three or more dogs, or dogs requiring separate walks or feeding routines, a small additional fee may apply. Let us know your setup and we’ll tailor a plan just for you.

Do you require a contract?

Yes, for your peace of mind and ours. All clients complete a simple service agreement, intake form, and emergency contact information prior to the first visit.

Do I need to provide gear?

Recommendable but not a requirement! In the case you do not own a harness, we bring our own Wild One walking gear, including harnesses, leashes, and waste bags. We have sizes that fit most breeds.

Are you insured?

We are working on it! Tails of Rollingwood will eventually be fully insured and bonded. We will be covered for general liability, pet care, and property protection to give you complete peace of mind.

What if there’s an emergency?

We follow a strict emergency protocol. We will immediately attempt to reach you, and if necessary, your designated emergency contact. If urgent care is required, we will transport your dog to the vet or emergency clinic listed in your intake form.
